
So I'm on week number 3 of Diet-to-Go and I'm sticking to the plan with only a few little cheats. So I shared with Facebook my first meals which were great I at first signed up for the 5 meals a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I figured I'd buy in to the 3 a day plan to get my portion size under control. See the picture below for my first meals.

So this week I called to cancel the breakfasts and just do lunch and dinner. I can handle making eggs, a muffin, or having a yogurt and fruit in the morning. My favorite part is I truly love not having to think about my lunches at school and that they are different every day.

So here is this weeks pickup I have turkey dinner for tonight. Then lunches this week are chicken burger with pear, Turkey and Ham salad sandwich, and a Szechuan turkey burger. For dinner I have Penne pasta with meat sauce, chicken pizza, and turkey chilling.
As for weight I've lost -7 lbs!

You can do it!! I wish I didn't have to decide what to eat for lunch and dinner every day...haha..I'm so lazy :)
